Maps can be loaded from the links below or via built-in shortcuts in the EarthNC Plus and EarthNC Lite Online Data Folders under Weather and Tides. In either case, maps will update automatically based on the update cycle of each data source. Legends are provide for each overlay type. Most units are in metric, we are investigating alternatives for English units.
Wind and Wave Forecasts
Our Wind and Wave Forecast map covers the global ocean in various resolutions depending on the location. Load the Google Earth file below to show coverage areas.
To load an area, find the blue wave icon in the upper left corner of the area, click to bring up it’s information window, and then click on the ‘View’ link. Once loaded, animate the map using the time slider controls in the upper right window of the Google Earth map window.

Temperature and Current Forecasts
Updated daily, these 120 hour forecasts cover the North Atlantic, Caribean, and Gulf of Mexico. Use the time slider to animate and select a valid time.
