EarthNC Hardware Products (GPS Units) may be returned for refund within 30 days. Non-defective hardware is subject to a 15% restocking fee and all hardware must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. Unopened EarthNC Software Products sold via traditional media (CD-ROM, DVD) may be returned for refund or exchanged within 30 days.
