EarthNC goes sailing this week with Frank Taylor from Google Earth Blog. Frank is a long-time sailor and will be using EarthNC plus charts in conjunction with a Garmin Handheld and GooPs real-time GPS software for Google Earth during his upcoming British Virgin Islands charter. While EarthNC’s chart coverage primarily includes US waters, the BVI are covered in a few NOAA ENC large-scale charts included with EarthNC Plus. We wish Frank a great trip and look forward to seeing his photos and GPS tracks in Google Earth when he gets back.
