Having trouble with TakItWithMe? Here are a few of the most common problems:

1. Attempting to send Google Driving Directions to the map instead of a Google My Map
- We would love to support driving directions, but cannot due to Google’s Terms of Service.
- Confirm you have a My Map Link by looking for &msid followed by a lot of numbers and letters in the Google link URL

2. Attempting to load incompatible Google Earth KML/KMZ files
- Our KML/KMZ support is limited and inconsistent for Google Maps (this is a Google issue and not a TakItWithMe issue)
- KMZ files (which are KML files compressed in a zip folder) may load, but they will not convert properly to GPS at this time
- For a more surefire way to send Google Earth Content to GPS, please use the TakItWithMe GE to GPS Utility.
