I currently use Fugawi, which allows me to calibrate and use my own chart images. Can I do the same with earthnc?

Unfortunately, we don’t yet have that capability built into EarthNC - although you can do this directly with Google Earth as long as your images aren’t too large - which would let you use the your own images in conjunction with EarthNC’s Raster and Vector charting.
