All chart overlays from the navigation charts can be used offline including the charted depth contours, depth soundings, and shaded depth areas available in the new version 2.0 EarthNC Plus.   It is these layers which are shown in the demo video on the EarthNC homepage.  You can also try the example EarthNC Plus chart found in the product description at http://earthnc.com/earthnc-plus

The NOAA Estuarine Bathymetry layers referenced on this page are a secondary set of shaded depth images for bays and estuaries and are currently only available online.
